Soil reinforcement

Soil reinforcement

Soil or ground reinforcement Soil reinforcement by injection helps increase the carrying capacity of the ground. In order to achieve long-lasting resistance of the ground to mechanical loads, special binders are inserted into the soil. Once the ground is reinforced, the possibilities of protecting it against the effects of water and frost become much better. Ground reinforcement can also help prevent the deformation of the building caused by subsiding soil. Soil subsidence is generally caused by low vibrations and washouts. This can result in cavities in the soft layers of the soil. These are the cases that require soil reinforcement. Targeted injection in the soil helps stabilize and reinforce the weak spots. Soil injection technique uses special silicate or polyurethane resin-based products with high final strength.
